These are globally unprecedented times. COVID-19 has affected every facet of our lives. We wanted to personally share a brief update on our efforts to continue to serve the profession and in turn your client families.
We are closely monitoring all active Local, Provincial, Federal, and the World Health Organization (WHO) reports and are taking a number of precautionary means necessary for the health and safety of our customers and team members. Our goal is to safely continue to operate business as usual with as little interruption as possible. Deliveries may be lengthened and some inventory may run short, please be patient with us during these times.
May we suggest, with more delayed or online services being needed, you offer your client families our Secure PIN process to allow the families to take the brochures home and order online with the unique PIN number provided exclusively from your home to the client family. If you are not already offering the PIN please contact our customer care staff at +1 (877) 325-7767.
We cannot avoid the reality of the challenge we are facing, and yet, we have a choice on where we put our hope and focus. The entire Eternity’s Touch Team, with Gods help, will continue to provide exceptional service and quality keepsakes for your client families.

Implementing our continuity plan
We have reduced the staff on-site and increased the distances between each individual. Cleaning procedures have been stepped up to ensure that our environment stays sterile.

All data submitted to us is still protected and privacy remains a top concern. Even as some of our workforce works from home, your data does not leave our care.
What you can do
Order from home with your Secure PIN
You can order from us directly using a Secure PIN. This option is available from partnered funeral homes. It is simple to use, secure, and available 24/7.
Request orders to be sent directly to you
Even if you order direct from the funeral home, they can have the order shipped directly to your home, avoiding unnecessary trips outside the home during this time of social distancing.
